Amber Dolphin, a dedicated teacher, joyful performer, and creative director maintains a small teaching studio on the east side of Madison. She regularly performs with the Pecatonica String Quartet and Cuban ensemble, Charanga Agozá. Ms. Dolphin held teaching positions at Beloit College for 12 years where she taught a pedagogy course and directed the Creative Strings Collective. Ms. Dolphin has coached WYSO string sectionals, taught classes at UW Summer Music Clinic and previously held appointments in music at the University of Wisconsin-Platteville and Viterbo University. In 2011, she co-founded the non-profit organization Music con Brio, helping to connect youth with the greater Madison music community. Ms. Dolphin has performed with the Madison, Green Bay, Dubuque and LaCrosse Symphonies and holds degrees from Luther College, UW-Madison and Northern Illinois University. She enjoys adventure racing with her husband and going on smaller adventures with her two amazing daughters.
